BANANA DOSA

INGREDIENTS :-

Rice flour - 1 cup
All purpose flour - 1/2 cup
Banana - 2 riped
Jaggery - 1/4 cup
Cardamon - 1/4 tsp
Cashew - 2 tbsp
Ghee 
Salt to taste


METHOD :-

1. Heat jaggery in 1 cup water, stir till the jaggery dissolves.

2. Mash banana in a bowl and add rice flour, all purpose flour, jaggery syrup, cardamon, salt and crushed cashew.



3. Heat a nonstick pan with ghee and pour a ladle on the hot pan and cook for about 2 minutes on either side and flip it over.


Serve hot with ghee.
