DRY FRUITS HALWA

INGREDIENTS :-


Almonds - 10
Cashew - 30
Raw coconut - little bit
Carrot - little bit
Cardamon - 2
Milk - 1cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Pinch of saffron (saffron is put into the milk before half an hour )
Raisens - 5
Ghee


METHOD :-


1. Soak almond, cashew overnight seperatly.
2. Now grind all ingrediants without water (except sugar & saffron )like nice batter while grinding you added little quantity of milk.
3. Take to a pan and add little bit of ghee.
4. Now add batter in ghee and add saffron with milk stir it well.
5. After 5 minutes it become soft paste, then add sugar powder and stir well.
6. After 2 minutes it became halwa.
7. Garnished with fried cashewnut.

POTATO CHOPS

INGREDIENTS :-


Potatos - 3
Onion - 1 cup
Green Chillis - 1-2
Salt to taste
Rawa - 1 cup


METHOD :-


1. Boil and peel the potatos, smash them and keep it seperately.
2. Now add the choppped onion and chillis to the smashed potato and mix it with salt.
3. Mix the entire stuff.
4. Now take rawa in a plate.
5. Make round balls of the mixture and press on the rawa so that it it becomes flat make sure that it is thick enough.
6. Continue the same process till the stuff is over.
7. Take a pan and start frying it with little oil.

VEGGIE PIZZA

INGREDIENTS :-


All purpose flour - 2 cups
Yeast - 1/2 pack
Oil - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Plastic wrap
Pizza sauce - 2 cups
Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup
Provolone Cheese - 1/2 cup
Jalapeños pickles - 1/4 cup
Onions - 1/4 cup
Any vegetables of your choice (tomatoes,mushroom, broccoli, etc.)


METHOD :-


1. In a bowl, combine flour and salt.
2. Prepare yeast as per the instructions given on the pack or just add yeast to warm water and stir well.
3. Add this to the flour and 2 tbsp of oil. Knead a dough. Add more water and oil if required.
4. Work on the dough vigorously until the ingredients are evenly distributed and knead into a smooth and soft dough .
5. If you are using food processor, take out the dough and work on it with your hands for a few minutes.
6. You can divide the dough into equal portions of desired size and make it into a ball.
7. You can also store them without dividing.
8. Transfer the ball to a wide container and spray oil. Cover the container with plastic wrap and leave it for an hour at room temperature.
9. After an hour refrigerate the container over night or even for 2 to 3 days.
10. Preheat oven to 450 degree Fahrenheit before half an hour.
11. Take desired number of balls from refrigerator and place it in a flour dusted wooden board.
12. Dust the ball with flour and press it gently to make round pizza base of desired size and thickness say 1/2″ thickness and medium size.
13. Sprinkle some flour on a pizza pan or baking sheet and transfer it. Let it site for half an hour.
14. In between, combine the shredded mozzarella and provolone cheese together.
15. Now spread the pizza sauce over the base and sprinkle desired amount of cheese.
16. Top it with your cut vegetables. Spray a little oil over the top.
17. Bake it in oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese oozes out.
18. Sprinkle little olive oil and serve hot.
If you want to make a healthy base for your pizza, you can use wheat flour. For a regular base, you can use all purpose flour or maida.

ALOO MUTTER

INGREDIENTS :-


Green peas - 1 cup
Potato - 2
Tomatoes - 2 cup
Garlic - 1 pod
Cilantro - 1/2 cup
Green chilies - 2
Onion - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Pinch of Turmeric


METHOD :-


1. Grind Garlic, Cilantro, tomatoes, green Chillies, onion, salt, turmeric.
2. Heat oil in pan.
3. Add ground Masala and roast till oil separates.
4. Add potatoes pieces, and green peas and mix properly.
5. Add water and cook in a low flame for 10-15 min.

CHILLI CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS :-


Boneless Chicken
Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
Egg - 1
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Green chilies - 5
Green onion (spring onion) - 2
Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
A pinch of ajinomoto (optional)
Chicken broth / water - 2 cup
Oil to fry


METHOD :-


1. Take 1tbsp Soya sauce, 1tbsp corn flour, salt, egg in a bowl and marinate chicken pieces in the the mixture for about 10-15 minutes.
2. Heat oil and deep fry the marinated chicken pieces till golden brown.
3. Now in a separate wok / kadhai heat 1 tbsp oil and add garlic paste and green chilies and sauté for few seconds.
4. Add 2 cups of chicken broth or water. Bring to boil and add sugar, pepper powder, salt , ajinomoto and remaining Soya sauce.
5. Add fried chicken pieces to it and cook for few minutes.
6. Dissolve the remaining corn flour in 1/2 cup water and add to the curry stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
7. Serve chilli chicken hot garnished with chopped green onion tops. 

MOONG DAL HALWA

INGREDIENTS :-


Moong dal - 1 cup
Almonds - 1 1/4 cup
Sugar - 2 1/4 cup
Ghee - 1/4 cup
Saffron - 1 pinch
Cardamom - 4 count
Milk - 1 cup


METHOD :-


1. Soak moong dal in water for 3 hours and soak almonds in water overnight.
2. Pressure cook the moong dal with little water, or else you can boil 1 1/2 cups of water and add soaked moongdal and cook till the dal gets mashed. While cooking, add water if necessary.
3. Peel the skin off the almonds and grind it by adding milk little by little till they become a fine paste.
4. Grind the cooked moong dal separately to a fine paste.
5. In a deep bottomed vessel, add sugar and little water(1/4 cup) till the sugar gets wet and heat it.
6. When the sugar syrup starts boiling and beginning to become viscose, add the almond paste, followed by moong dal paste.
7. Add 1/2 cup of milk and keep on stirring to avoid lumps.
8. Add ghee and keep stirring. soak saffron in a tbsp of milk.
9. After 10 mins, add the saffron and cardamon and keep stirring till it becomes a smooth paste.
10. Turn off the stove and keep stirring for 5 mins.
11. Transfer it to a serving bowl.
12. Cut it into your desired shape.

Spicy Macaroni

INGREDIENTS :-


Oil - 2 tbsp
Onion - 1 cup
Tomato - 1cup
Green chilies - 3
Garlic - 3 pods
Ginger - 1tsp (chopped)
Garam masala - 1 tbsp
Maggi masala Powder - 1 tbsp(optional)
salt to taste
Vegetables of your choice - 1 cup
Macroni - 1 cup
Cheese


METHOD :-


1. Boil the vegetables in a separate pan, drain them and keep them aside.
2. Boil the Macaroni with a tbsp of oil and wash it in cold water and keep them aside.
3. Heat oil in a pan add onions fry them till it becomes translucent.
4. After that add green chilies,chopped garlic and ginger and cook them for 2-3 mins.
5. Then add salt and tomatoes, cook them till tomatoes get mashed.
6. Add a tbsp of garam masala fry them till the raw smell goes off.
7. And if you have maggi masala powder you can substitute it instead of garam masala.
8. Now add the boiled vegetbles, cheese and macroni mix it all together gently without breaking the macroni and let it stand on the simmer heat for 4-5 minutes.
9. After that remove from heat and serve it hot.
