EASY BRINGAL FRY

INGREDIENTS :-

Brinjal - 3
Salt to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Rice Flour - 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Tamarind pulp - 2 tbsp 

METHOD :-

1. Marinate brinjal with above ingredients except oil and set aside for 20- 30 mins.
2. Heat oil in a pan and fry.

Serve with rice.
