HEEREKAI PALYA/ RIDGE GOURD SABZI

INGREDIENTS :-

Ridge gourd/ heerekai - 1
Onion - 1 cup
Green Chilli - 4
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 1 tsp
Grated Coconut - 1/4 cup

METHOD :-

1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, when it stars to pop add onions and fry till its transparent in colour.
2. Add chilli, chopped ridge gourd, salt and cover and cook for 15mins.
3. Garnish with coconut.

Serve with rice or roti.
